We know what large groups want and need and we make sure our villas are tailored for this. Large social spaces to gather, breakout spaces so you can take some time to yourself, enough dining space to fit the whole group, and a range of activities available to suit all members of your group. Whether you’re booking for a family celebration or organising a professional event, we understand your needs and are here to make things easy for you.

We believe in first-hand experience. All our villas are personally checked and inspected – you can be sure that there won’t be any nasty surprises here. Only the very best villas pass our stringent tests.

Yes, we are! All our villas have staff with good English. This includes a villa manager and cleaning staff, plus most villas also have butler and security at night. So there will always be somebody to help you at the villa. On top of that, we will give you a local telephone number that you can call or whatsapp 24/7. You will be surprised to see that your e-mails, whatsapp or telephone calls will be answered in minutes. How do we do that? We have staff working on rotation 24/7 so there is always somebody there to answer your questions.

We’re here to support you before your booking and throughout your stay. We can offer you the best villa for your group depending on the type of experience you’re looking for. Want a space right in the heart of the action? We can do that. Or do you want to get away from it all, steps away from the beach? We can do that too. Just tell us what you’re looking for and we can find the best villa available in the fastest possible time. Once your booking is made, we can make you a personalised list of things to do based on your needs and on our finely honed local expertise. And once you’re settled in your villa, we’re always on call, 24/7, to help you out with any questions. Airport transfers, private chefs, where to buy a local sim card, how to hire a bike or car, how to book group excursions and activities – we’re here for you.

First, we make sure that we offer the best price for each and every villa. We then carefully select villas with a good value for money ratio. We are constantly on the lookout for these rare villa gems that can guarantee top quality at an affordable price.

We charge a commission but not to you. In other words, the villa owners give us a discount or pay us a commission on their listed price. We in exchange bring them clients. This is standard practice.

We have carefully selected our payment partners to make sure your money is 100% safe with us. We use globally recognised payment methods such as Paypal. We also use DOKU, the biggest credit card gateway in Indonesia for credit card payments (for more info you can refer to their website DOKU). For bank transfers, we use OCBC bank which is one of the biggest banks in Singapore that has branches in Indonesia and which offers a multicurrency account with up to 12 currencies (OCBC). This means you will save on bank’s currency exchange commission fees. We therefore guarantee that there is a 0% risk of fraudulent transactions. In the case of a fraudulent transaction, however, we will refund in full for the amount lost.

At the end of each villa listing, there is a review section where you can find reviews from previous customers. We also have most of our villas listed on Airbnb. There is an Airbnb link for each villa at the bottom of the villa description. Click there and you will find more reviews for our villa from our Airbnb clients.

Yes we can. You can whatsapp, call us, contact us by e-mail or just fill in the form in the ‘Contact us’ tab. Tell us a bit more about what you want and you will get a reply from us in minutes.

Of course you can. You are NOT charged for making a booking enquiry for one of our villas. Just send us your enquiry and we will come back to you asap. Feel free to ask us any questions you have, we are happy to answer them for you. Depending on the dates, we can block the villa for you from 48 hours to 1 week.

Once you are ready to book the villa, send us your booking enquiry. We will then e-mail you with the instructions for making a booking.

You only need to pay a deposit of 35% to reserve the villa, while the remaining amount can be paid upon check in.

There are several ways to make payments. You can pay with your credit card. You can do a bank transfer to our multicurrency bank account that can accept up to 12 currencies (and which means you will save on bank’s currency exchange fees). Also, you can pay by PayPal or you can pay in cash at our Bali office.

Each villa has its own cancellation policy. Please go to the ‘House Rules’ section of each villa listing to see its cancellation policy. We do NOT charge ANY service charges if you decide to make a cancellation.

Most of our villas include much more in the price. Please go to the ‘Price Includes’ section of each villa listing. There, you will see what you get for your money. There are no hidden charges or taxes. What you see in the final price is what you will pay. We like to keep things clear and transparent.

Each villa has pool and wifi, while all rooms have AC and hot water. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are also provided. Every villa is private for the client booked.
