Set up perfectly for discovering the buzz of Seminyak, this calm retreat works as an easy base for large groups looking to enjoy a relaxed, social stay. Privacy is built in, with five bedrooms spread across individual pavilion-style buildings lining both sides of the pool. Plus each has direct access to the gardens and water. The setup includes four double bedrooms and one room with two double beds, giving groups plenty of flexibility when choosing rooms. One double bedroom links to the twin double room to create a shared suite. This is ideal if there are any kids in your group. The standout, though, is the master suite — generous in size, fitted with a super king bed, workspace, a bathtub and twin rain showers. Don’t fall out over who gets it!

Group movie nights, no one missing out!

Movie nights are easy here! The private, air-conditioned TV room is set up for the whole group. There’s a large smart TV, Netflix and a DVD collection ready to go. If screens aren’t the plan, there’s a good mix of board games and books for a quieter evening in. Of course, stepping out is always tempting. Seminyak’s nightlife is right nearby, from slow dinners at top restaurants to late nights at Motel Mexicola or La Favela.

During the day and into the evening, the villa’s shared spaces really shine. Spread across 1,400 sqm, the pool and garden area offers plenty of room to gather. There’s a traditional Javanese gladak and daybeds ideal for relaxed massage sessions. Meals can be handled your way, whether that’s cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or letting the private chef take over. Then sit down together at the dining table overlooking the garden or ease into the living room with music and drinks flowing.

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.
